NOT A EULOGY

I do not wish ill fate or fortune to anyone and feel about M. Jackson's demise the same regret as strikes me about any other person that has died prematurely.

At the same time I cannot fathom the tides of sorrow and lamentation lavished on what, by all accounts and evidence, was an odious, destructive pedophile.

These demonstrations of grief impress me as just one more symptom of a country that has lost its values and standards, and, lately, a new one seems to pop up most every day.

Accompanying this opinion is a sincere prayer for the repose of his soul.

Y.C.
