It's "quickly," haven't you noticed? They plan to underhaul most aspects of our lives, it seems, but in every case question, debate, and reason must be sacrificed for celerity; everything has to be done quickly.
The reason for this, naturally, is so that no one has an opportunity to object to the runaway locomotive our left-wing government has become.
