NEW REIGN OF TERROR?

On 16 April 1794 Marguerite Robin and Marie Forestier, later beatified by the Catholic Church, along with 9 other women, were shot to death by the maniacal Jacobins in France.

Following were their offenses: refusing to attend Masses said by apostate priests that had taken the anti-papal oath; speaking out against such priests; watching religious processions; and Marie's having a brother in the anti-Jacobin resistance.

For these trivia they were denounced as "fanatics" and murdered, as were many other religious and Catholic lay people.

The B.O. regime as yet hasn't commenced executing Christians, but have you not heard them officially slandered as being "fanatical" and belonging to "hate groups?" No? I have.

Is Christianity not under attack here? Shall we suffer our own Reign of Terror?

Happy Birthday - April 15 - Harold!

Convicted Felon then Chicago Mayor (In Illinois the jail sentence usually follows election, but Harold did it backwards, and African-American voters have a true affinity for crooks and cheats), Harold Washington's excuse for tax evasion, deemed a less serious crime now that a good fraction of B.O.'s initial cabinet were guilty of it, was that he had forgotten to file.

In a way the stupid lie was humorous, since Washington's birthday was tax day, April 15.

At any rate the criminal came to be downright beloved in Chicago, aka Murder Capital USA, where public buildings now bear his name.

Presently the city's in the process of turning Harold into a cause for a month-long celebration. Says a lot for the values over there, doesn't it?

PAYING OFF THE UNION GOONS

Unions have these terrific, untaxed funds for electing and bribing primarily Democrat politicians.  Maryland's, notably one of the loonier of the leftist states,  legislators have gone some distance towards repaying their debts by requiring all teachers to belong to unions! Isn't that brilliant? This guarantees that not only will they have the federal government's polluting education in their state, the unions get to join in on the fun, and, by calculation, the slush funds will grow to permit more extensive bribery. Everyone's happy.

IMMORALITY AND FETICIDE - FEDERAL COURT IN ACTION

Once again we see evidence of the destructive nonsense apparently perpetrated by schools of law; or is it that legions of maniacs qualify as judges?

A federal court in Brooklyn has decided that abortion pills should be permitted for girls of any age, so get out there, young "ladies," and do your sexual mischief in the confidence that you can pop a pill and kill whatever life you might have wantonly initiated. No need for restraint or morals, screw with abandon. 

This idiot's reasoning was that the pills are harmless. To classify the destruction of life in that way is just another milestone on the march of the United States into ruination.

Thinking about the recent instance where a Marine killed two of his colleagues and himself and the wacko Muslim murderer at Ft. Hood, I'm wondering if the left-wingers will begin advocating disarming the armed forces. After all, weapons accomplished these peacetime shootings, not people, right?
