With the rather sticky problem of Syria confronting him, however, B.O. threatens a temporary return to Constitutional government in asking the legislature to make the decisions. This is like revisiting the poltroon's voting strategy in the Illinois State Senate; aside from a rabid zeal for butchering unborn children, he only voted "present." When the going gets tough, the chicken-hearted stick their heads in the sand. Impeach this disgraceful excuse for a leader!
