BILL OF RIGHTS - WHAT IT SAYS AND DOESN'T SAY

For examples,

The First Amendment says "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of speech."
It does NOT say "except as regards universities."

The Third Amendment says "No soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner."
It does NOT say "except on weekends."

The Eighth Amendment says that cruel and unusual punishments shall not be inflicted.
It does NOT say "except for treason."

******

The Second Amendment says "... the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
It does NOT say "excepting assault rifles."

Thus, Feinberg or Feinbloom or whoever she is (Is the origin of this name the German word "Feind?" That means "enemy," and if the U.S. Constitution have enemies they are she and her cronies)

For the life of me, I can't see why anyone would want an assault rifle, but I know very well  that once government starts whittling away at a right, the cuts get deeper and deeper. Tomorrow it would want to prohibit 12 gauge shotguns, then BB guns, etc. Any attempt to adulterate the Second, or any other, Amendment, should be slapped down decisiively.
